The Ice Cream Bar saw this immense potential and set out to create ice creams beyond the norm, constantly challenging the market with complex flavour profiles that work. Best served with fluffy buttermilk waffles is ice cream infused with Whiskey, Baileys, and even Guinness! Their signature is Rum and Raisin, which is a custard-based ice cream infused with Captain Morgan rum. Another crowd favourite is Crunchy Coffee Whiskey that is made with Jim Bean whisky and topped with chocolate hazelnut sauce.
