Bee Cheng Hiang’s unwavering commitment to customers is seen in their famous bakkwa and floss which boasts 100% natural ingredients, without added meat tenderizer, preservatives and artificial colouring. Barbecued to perfection, meats are hand-weaved using a traditional bamboo sieve and grilled over live coal until it achieves a smoky caramelization. Our all-time favourite is their Signature Pork Bakkwa sliced from carefully selected premium fresh pork hind legs for maximum flavour. Pork isn’t your only choice at Bee Cheng Hiang, there’s also very tasty Chicken Bakkwa that leaves a lingering savouriness on one’s palate which makes you crave for more.
