Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business/ Marketing/Digital Marketing or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace, ideally in digital marketing / campaigns planning/ category management or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good analytics skills and sensitive to market trends and changes in e-tailing environment
Key Responsibilities
• Build, plan, strategize, implement, and manage of social media digital marketing and advertising campaigns, promotion including Facebook and Instagram ads across multiple channels to increase sales and customer retention in company’s e-commerce website.
• Manage campaigns expediently to optimise performance; review and conduct post-mortem analysis.
• Monitor performance in SEO, Google Analytics, social media and campaigns daily; compile from organic to paid results and relevant metrics.
• Liaise and work with cross-functional teams to execute online campaigns and events.
• Pitch, acquire and manage Merchants and brands.
• Work with Merchants on campaigns and participate in events activities.
• Constantly carry out market intelligence search; benchmark, analyse and survey pricing, demands and competition in e-environment.
• Involve in business unit’s duty and manage orders portal, Social Media, Q&A such as shoppers’ orders, merchants related issues; provide solutions and communicate to shoppers, internal and external teams.
• Maintain and administrate website, develop new future plans where needed.
• Any other tasks assigned by Head of Business Unit.

Position Overview:
• The Operation Crew plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and enjoyable experience of participants on the rope course.
• This position involves conducting safety briefings, facilitating course operations, assisting participants, maintaining equipment, and upholding the highest standards of safety and customer service.
• The Operation Crew contributes to creating a memorable and positive adventure for guests while adhering to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough safety briefings for participants before they start the course, ensuring they understand safety rules and procedures.
• Assist participants with harnessing, helmets, and other required safety gear.
• Monitor participants on the rope course to ensure they are following safety protocols and provide guidance or assistance when needed.
• Respond quickly and effectively to any participant concerns, questions, or emergencies, ensuring their well-being at all times.
• Operate the rope course equipment, including ziplines, climbing elements, and other challenges, while ensuring proper usage and safety.
• Conduct regular safety checks on all equipment and course elements, reporting any issues to the Rope Course Manager.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized course area, including picking up equipment, ensuring pathways are clear, and keeping the surrounding environment tidy.
• Collaborate with the Rope Course Manager to address and resolve any operational or safety issues.
• Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable about the rope course and other facility offerings.
• Educate participants about the natural environment and the importance of conservation and environmental awareness.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Assist in conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks, such as equipment cleaning, rope checks, and course maintenance.
• Uphold all safety standards, ensuring participants are properly secured and adhering to established rules and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of participant waivers, incidents, and maintenance logs.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Sports Science/Management or equivalent.
• Previous experience in adventure course operations, outdoor education, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage participant concerns and emergencies.
• Physically fit and able to participate in outdoor activities, including climbing and lifting heavy equipment.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Job Description
• To handle Operations and daily ONECARD Loyalty program transactions and enhancing the process of ONECARD E-Wallet.
• To monitor shopper’s traffic flow and to performance ONECARD’s marketing plans which is organized at Customer Service Department.
• To evaluate/review all feedbacks/complaint/comment from shoppers for management review by monthly basis.
• To evaluate on overall daily complaints from Tenants/ Shoppers/ Visitors.
• To assist management team to monitor any issues on Building Management and to report all defect issues via Help Desk.
• To monitor the defect issue highlighted by tenants and to indicate for closing report of each issue highlighted.
• To give full support to Customer Service team whenever they are needed for certain events or to handle ad-hoc tasks.
• To comply & maintain the knowledge of applicable rules, regulations & standards with best practises for overall team.
• To monitor counter cleanliness include shopper lounge, CS workstations & documentations on daily basis.
• To manage phone calls at CSC based on time allocation.
• To manage tenants/shoppers & external shopper’s complaint or feedback via phone calls, email or walk in & to update them with appropriate manners.
• To ensure mall duties (opening & closing of mall) in properly handled during Operations hour.
• To manage documentations, handle tenant issue and OC details.
• To print gift cards by purchasing from members, tenants or corporate.
• To promote OC promotion and manage mall walk with shoppers (certain occasions).
• Monitor terminal from OC at tenants during weekends and public holidays.
• To manage mall ambassadors when there is an event.
Qualifications:
• Possess a Bachelors degree from a recognised university
• Relevant work experience of 1 to 2 years
• Is prepared to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
• Good customer service skills and interpersonal skills
