Excellent service remains our top priority. Customer Service Centres are conveniently located at strategic points to provide you with assistance whenever needed. Have a question? Just ask our friendly Customer Service Centre personnel.

For quick information at your fingertips, do pick up informative leaflets and postcards which details the latest events and promotions. Shopping and F&B Guides are also placed at the Customer Service Centre for easy reference.

Those with limited mobility are welcome to use our wheelchair and Power Shoppers (electrical scooters) which makes it easier for you to access to the shops and restaurants. Baby strollers are also available.
